Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years HVAC/R work experience required.
- Sound working knowledge of CSA B149.1.
- Must have or be willing to obtain an Ozone Depletion Prevention Certificate.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preventative, corrective and emergency maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and infrastructural systems.
- Manage and maintain site Building Management Systems.
Skills
Valid 313A Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems license
Valid Gas Technician 2 Certificate
Good communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated and customer-oriented
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
