A global IT services provider is seeking a Critical Environment Data Center Technician in Toronto. The role requires 3+ years of experience in supporting electrical and mechanical systems, as well as familiarity with data center operations. Qualifications

• 3+ years of work or applied learning experience in technical fields.
• Familiarity with BMS and DCIM platforms.
• Basic understanding of networking and server hardware.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure systems.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Respond to infrastructure incidents and emergencies.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and installations.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Skills

Electrical and mechanical systems knowledge

Experience with electrical systems in high-availability environments
