Are you a professional who values delivering specific and efficient workflows that meet and exceed business needs? Do you enjoy translating technical concepts to a non-technical audience?

In this role, you will support applications and information management systems critical to Lands & Right of Way operations. You will provide application support, onboarding, training, and user enablement while developing innovative tools—such as Co-Pilot agents—to drive adoption and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with authorities and team members to ensure workflows remain accurate, efficient, and aligned with customer needs.

What you will do:
  • Support a suite of applications, including land management systems, and document repositories including CRM, Irth, Lightbox, GIS, Sharepoint, CoPilot.

  • Lead user onboarding, training, and enablement programs to ensure efficient adoption of systems.

  • Develop and maintain digital help tools, automated workflows, and AI-enabled guides (e.g., Co-Pilot agents).

  • Collaborate with teams to ensure system alignment with policies, compliance, and reporting needs.

  • Monitor system usage, identify issues, and recommend process improvements or automation. This includes maintaining accurate and up-to-date system documentation, user guides, and standard methodologies.

  • Assist with project deliverables and data and application initiatives either by contributing directly or providing oversight.

Who you are:
  • Related university degree and minimum of four years of experience. Equivalent combination of formal education, certification, and experience. Note for candidates who do not possess a degree, an additional 3 years of related experience is required.

  • 4 years of relevant data and application management and support working in energy or infrastructure sectors.

  • Applied knowledge of AI tools to support data governance, analytics, reporting, and application support.

  • Knowledge of or experience with Power Platform (Power Automate Azure, Power Automate, SQL, Co-Pilot).

  • Experience leading and delivering end user training and support.

  • Ability to translate technical concepts and outputs for non-technical stakeholders and to clearly explain procedures to support internal partners.

  • Solid attention to detail and commitment to data quality.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

US Only Summary:

Salary - $76,700/year – $120,000/year USD
