Job summary

Adastra is seeking a Technical Lead/Project Manager to own end-to-end data and analytics project delivery across Canada. The role demands translating business requirements into technical plans, coordinating with engineering teams, and proactively managing risks and blockers.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of data and analytics projects from planning through implementation.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers to maintain momentum.
Translate business requirements into technical plans with engineering teams.
Assess technical risks, timelines, and delivery approaches with depth.
Manage stakeholder communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure accountability across teams to achieve milestones and deadlines.
Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
Monitor progress and address issues affecting scope, schedule or quality.
