Are you interested in an opportunity to grow professionally within a positive and progressive culture? Northern Health is seeking a Data Analyst, Physician Quality Improvement to join our Physician Quality department.

The Data Analyst, Physician Quality Improvement is responsible for managing the compilation and analysis of complex healthcare, clinical and utilization data to facilitate quality improvement initiatives and strategies associated with the development, management, and evaluation of the Northern Health/ Specialist Services Committee Physician Quality Improvement program activity. This innovative, collaborative program seeks to engage physicians to discuss, prioritize and act on system improvement opportunities; enabling health system improvement by supporting physicians in quality improvement initiatives; and supporting physicians to deliver quality care by building physician capacity in leadership and quality improvement skills. The position has regional responsibilities, supporting the various teams across Northern Health, as well as provincial connections to other similar teams across BC. This position will provide consultation and support in the development, analysis, interpretation and management of a variety of complex data sources to support clinical process improvement and system impact savings. Additionally, this position will support internal education programs and coaching related to quality improvement.

Starting salary will be approximately from $74,618 to $93,273 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.
