Join Tourism Richmond as our Data Analyst, Digital Insights and help keep our marketing data ecosystem running smoothly. In this role, you will support teams by collecting, organizing, and maintaining data from platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, WordPress, and MailChimp, ensuring everything is accurately tracked and easy to access. You will help build and update dashboards, assist with campaign and website reporting, monitor industry trends, and lend a hand with CRM and email administration. Your knack for learning new tools, keeping details in order, and presenting information clearly will make you a valued partner across the department. If you enjoy managing data behind the scenes, exploring digital tools, and supporting meaningful tourism initiatives, this role offers a great blend of analytics and administrative work.
This is a full‑time, permanent hybrid position that requires in‑office work at least three times per week. The salary range is $52,000-$57,000 and includes a robust RRSP program and a comprehensive benefits package.
