Job summary

CoFoMo Inc. in Canada’s Quebec region seeks an experienced Implementation Analyst to modernize data workflows. You will translate SAS processes to Python and build scalable ingestion pipelines across CSV, SAS, XLSX and DMP formats.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in CS/Engineering, 7+ years in IT (5+ in large data warehouses), and strong Python, Git, and Azure DevOps skills. Knowledge of Control-M and AI-assisted documentation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in IT, including 5+ years as an implementation analyst in a large data warehouse.
• Strong Python proficiency.
• Experience with Git and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Knowledge of Control-M.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and Markdown for docs and code-conversion.
• Autonomous and resourceful.

• Manipulate different data formats, including CSV, SAS, XLSX, and DMP.

• Collaborate with operations and architecture teams.
• Perform trials, document solutions and contribute to the automation of processing with Control-M.

The profile we are looking for is as follows:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in information technology, including 5 years as an implementation analyst in a large data warehouse environment.
• Good command of Python.
• Good knowledge of Git and Azure DevOps development pipelines.
• Knowledge of Control-M.
• Comfortable with generative AI tools (LLMs) and Markdown templates to support documentation and, when relevant, code conversion.
• Autonomy and resourcefulness.
