Lyft stands at the very center of autonomous vehicle (AV) innovation by uniting the operational power of comprehensive Fleet Management with our world-class Rideshare network. Through Flexdrive, we are revolutionizing transportation by building the operational backbone for AV fleets— pioneering this new chapter with our first AV depot in Nashville, Tennessee. • Bridge Operations with Tech – become an expert in the vehicle lifecycle, from the day‑to‑day Fleet Operations that keep AV fleets running smoothly to the tech that transports riders from point A to B
  • Take full ownership in solving complex problems with data and rally stakeholders to implement solutions
  • Define processes and streamline the operational cadence for business performance tracking
  • Comfortable leading meetings, packaging work and presenting in large forums
