Job summary

iA Financial Group in Quebec is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Strategy and Analytics team within the Pricing, New Business and Claims division. You will design, develop and optimize BI tools to support decision making and contribute to risk analyses.

You will translate business needs into practical solutions, analyze data to define KPIs, and help govern BI assets while collaborating with data analysts, managers and pricing specialists in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, actuarial science, business intelligence or related field.
• At least two years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Proficient in SQL and a data visualization tool (Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to explain complex data.
• Good communication with business partners; autonomous and rigorous.
• Interest in technology and willingness to learn new tools and languages.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is an asset.
