Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Data Analyst to drive operational efficiency through data-driven insights and automation. This role focuses on streamlining logistics and operational workflows using advanced analytics and automation tools such as Power BI and Power Automate.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Design and implement automated workflows using tools like Power Automate to reduce manual tasks and improve throughput.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards for real-time monitoring of logistics KPIs using Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and automation goals.
• Ensure data integrity and governance across operational systems (e.g., SAP, Snowflake).
• Document and communicate findings, automation strategies, and performance improvements to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Data Science, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in logistics or operations.
• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL.
• Experience with operational analytics platforms and time-series data visualization.
• Strong understanding of automation principles and process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of machine learning or AI observability tools is a plus.
