DRW in Montreal is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Event Analysis and Insight team. You will analyze post-event data, build reports and visualizations, and collaborate with the development team to enhance analysis tools.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and solid Python skills. You will balance multiple requests in a fast-paced environment and present findings clearly.

We are currently hiring a Data Analyst to join our Event Analysis and Insight team. Candidates must have a passion for data manipulation and visualization and the ability to think both independently and collaboratively. They will work on the analysis of post event data, reports and providing insight.

Candidates must be comfortable working within a fast-paced, and at times highly demanding environment. They must possess a keen sense of enthusiasm and attention to detail, as well as a sense of commitment and dedication to both teams.

What you’ll be working on:

• Analyzing non-financial post event data in order to gain insight and discover potential issues.
• Creating reports and visualizations to help bring forward relevant information to the stake holders.
• Collaborating with the development team to improve and/or create the necessary analysis tools.
• Creating issue tickets and following up with the appropriate teams.
• Participating in the research effort revolving around the trade strategies.
• Developing necessary scripts for data gathering and manipulation.
