The Data Solutions Team, which primarily focuses on Manulife Canada's retirement data within Global Wealth and Asset Management, is seeking an analytical, proactive, and strategic thinker to join their team as a Data Analyst. Reporting to the director of Data Solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for extracting, managing, structuring and analyzing data used by Manulife's group retirement solutions. This role supports both existing and new initiatives and measures their long‑term benefits to the business. Additionally, the candidate will play a crucial role in promoting data usage and availability, suggesting improvements, and supporting multiple data feeds.

Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Salary range is expected to be between $69,750.00 CAD - $116,250.00 CAD. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job‑related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
