Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Domain-Expert in Industry X to provide expertise on complex manufacturing projects in Canada. You will collaborate with English-speaking stakeholders, participate in requirements gathering, and help design and implement solutions across multiple applications.

Responsibilities include developing functional specifications, facilitating workshops, and coaching workstreams while supporting management across project areas. Travel up to 80% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3DEXPERIENCE or Dassault Systèmes products experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• English required due to interaction with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada.

The work:

• Provide Domain-Expertise on complex projects.

• Participate in requirements gathering and specifications creation.

• Participate in the solution design, helping the solution architect.

• Participate and/or Lead specification workshops.

• Develop functional specifications.

• Participate in the Business process design.

• Participate in industry /corporate process implementation across all related applications.

• Coaching of workstream team(s).

• Successfully supporting the management team in different project area.

• Deployment: Troubleshoot complex configuration and system issues. Document and follow up with customer issues to complete resolution.

• Implementation: Prepare and support the organizational change management activities. Prepare training plan, training documentation and provide end users training.

• Documentation: Document the configuration and architecture.

• Validation Tests: Conduct functional and integration testing, including preparation of test cases/scenarios and test data.

• Reporting: Progress status and issues.

• Maintenance: Analyze, design and produce solution enhancements.

• Meet travel requirements, up to 80%.

• Perform feasibility studies and process design reviews.

Here's what you'll need:

• Professional experience with 3DEXPERIENCE or others Dassault Systèmes products.

• Professional experience in IT systems (Manufacturing).

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus points if:

• Business Process Design Experience.

• Tests management / execution experience.

• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts and solutions.

• Aerospace & Defense experience

• Ability to understand business needs, articulate trade-offs, and discuss solutions with business and development teams.
