The Hamilton School of Dance is seeking an energetic and reliable Dance Instructor for the 2025/26 season. The instructor will teach various styles to young age groups and must have a positive demeanor and strong communication skills. If you are passionate about inspiring young dancers and enjoy a supportive studio environment, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications

• Prior teaching experience with children and pre-teens.
• Background in hip hop and jazz; tap experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach Hip Hop, Jazz, and Tap for ages 4–6.
• Teach Hip Hop, Jazz, and Lyrical for ages 10–13.

Location: Hamilton School of Dance, 59 Kirby Avenue, Dundas, ON

Hamilton School of Dance is seeking a passionate and experienced dance instructor to join our team for Wednesdays starting this fall.

Position Details:
We are looking for an energetic and reliable teacher who is confident in delivering:

Hip Hop, Jazz, and Tap for ages 4–6

Hip Hop, Jazz, and Lyrical for ages 10–13

Requirements:

Prior teaching experience with children and pre-teens

Background in hip hop and jazz; tap experience is a plus

Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and professionalism

Must be available Wednesday afternoons and evenings (specific schedule to be discussed)
