Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a Dairy/Frozen Associate in Coquitlam, BC. You will deliver exceptional customer service, keep the Dairy/Frozen area clean and well organized, and support stocking and sales activities.

The role focuses on keeping products fresh, correctly signed and priced, and compliant with cold chain and food safety standards. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, assisting with merchandising and ensuring the department is always ready for customers.

Responsibilities

• Keeps the Dairy/Frozen department clean, organized, and properly zoned to be customer-ready at all times.
• Rotates merchandise regularly and checks for expired products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Ensures merchandise is accurately signed and priced, and follows procedures for ordering, clearance, signings, and labeling.
• Adheres to cold chain and food safety standards, including temperature checks, thermometer calibration, and sanitation.
• Maintains department features to support merchandising standards and promotional execution.
• Maintains a neat, clean, and hazard-free work area following all policies and Health and Safety guidelines.
