What you’ll do

• Maintain Department Organization and Standards - Keeps the Dairy/Frozen department clean, organized, and properly zoned to ensure it is customer‑ready at all times.
• Stock Rotation and Product Quality - Rotates merchandise regularly and checks for expired products to maintain freshness and quality standards.
• Pricing, Signing, and Inventory Accuracy - Ensures merchandise is accurately signed and priced. Follows established procedures for ordering, clearance, markups and markdowns, signing, flagging, pricing, and labeling.
• Cold Chain, Food Safety, and Sanitation - Adheres to cold chain and food safety standards, including temperature checks, thermometer calibration, proper food handling, product rotation, sell‑by dates, expiration dates, and sanitation and cleaning procedures.
• Merchandising and Feature Maintenance - Maintains department features to support merchandising standards and promotional execution.
• Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance - Maintains a neat, clean, and hazard‑free work area by removing debris, spills, and unnecessary items, and by following all Company policies and Health and Safety guidelines.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule) - Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high‑quality service.
