Walmart Canada in Edson, AB is seeking a Dairy/Frozen Associate to deliver outstanding customer service while keeping the Dairy/Frozen department clean, organized, and well zoned. You will support stocking and sales activities and ensure fresh products are available and the aisle is customer ready.

This role requires flexibility with shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a commitment to food safety, signings, pricing, and shelf labeling.

Qualifications

• Age - 16 or older

Responsibilities

• Keeps the Dairy/Frozen department clean, organized, and properly zoned to ensure it is customer-ready at all times.
• Rotates merchandise regularly and checks for expired products to maintain freshness and quality standards.
• Ensures merchandise is accurately signed and priced. Follows established procedures for ordering, clearance, markups and markdowns, signing, flagging, pricing, and labeling.
• Adheres to cold chain and food safety standards, including temperature checks, thermometer calibration, proper food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, expiration dates, and sanitation and cleaning procedures.
• Maintains department features to support merchandising standards and promotional execution.
• Maintains a neat, clean, and hazard‑free work area by removing debris, spills, and unnecessary items, and by following all Company policies and Health and Safety guidelines.
• Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
