• Maintain Dairy/Frozen department organization, cleanliness, and zoning for customer readiness.
• Rotate stock and check expiry to ensure freshness and quality.
• Ensure accurate signing and pricing; follow procedures for ordering and markdowns.
• Adhere to cold chain, food safety, and sanitation standards and guidelines.
• Maintain merchandising features to support promotions and standards.
• Work safely and comply with health, safety policies and store rules.
• Be flexible with shifts to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
