BGC Okanagan is hiring a CYSN Family Support Worker!
The CYSN Family Support Worker provides intensive, hands‑on, wraparound support to families through outreach in their homes and community settings. This role focuses on meeting the complex needs of children and youth by offering individualized, strength‑based, and solution‑focused services. The Family Support Worker collaborates with families to build on their strengths, address barriers, and help them achieve their unique goals. This is a temporary position until March 31, 2026.

Hours: 35 hours per week; schedule varies based on family needs.
Rate of Pay: $29.17 per hour
