Overview

Arobas Personnel is looking for a Cybersecurity Sales Specialist for a permanent position with one of our clients located in Canada.

Hybrid - Work from home (1 a week in office – it\'s a national team)

What does your day-to-day look like?

You will play a key role in helping organizations strengthen their digital defenses by promoting advanced cybersecurity assessment and protection services. From risk analysis to penetration testing, you\'ll act as a trusted advisor to clients seeking to improve their security posture and business resilience.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the cybersecurity services portfolio.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technology and business leaders.
  • Collaborate with technical experts to define project scopes, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and client records in CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot).
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, ideally within cybersecurity, IT services, or technology consulting.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including risk management, threat assessment, and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC2).
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is a strong asset.
  • Post-secondary education in business, sales, or information technology.
