Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Python Developer specializing in Cybersecurity to join our Cryptography and Secrets Management squad in Montreal. You will design and implement features, tooling, and automations to support cybersecurity controls and improve resiliency.

Qualifications include 4+ years of Python in enterprise environments, strong REST API experience, Linux proficiency, and exposure to CI/CD. On-site presence is required 3x per week in Montréal, QC.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of development experience with Python in enterprise or industrial contexts.
• 2+ years of hands-on Bash/Shell scripting.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience working with Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrations for Enterprise HSM and Key Management Solutions.
• Develop tooling or AI agents for operational enablement and cybersecurity analysis.
• Service delivery and DevSecOps tasks including CI/CD.
• Develop testing frameworks and suites.
• Troubleshoot issues and participate in on-call rotation.
• Collaborate with squad and Technology stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to architectural standards and guidelines.
• Participate in design discussions and code reviews.
