As a Cybersecurity Business Consultant, you will play a critical role in growing our Buildings Cybersecurity business by developing opportunities, crafting solutions, and advising customers at every level — from facility managers to the C-suite. You will partner with sales, service, and operations teams to deliver industry-leading cybersecurity offerings that protect operational technology (OT) environments and drive measurable outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Honeywell’s Buildings Cybersecurity portfolio
  • Engage with clients across multiple verticals to assess cybersecurity needs (endpoint protection, patch management, OT infrastructure, etc.)
  • Educate and support internal sales teams, account managers, and business units to integrate cybersecurity into contracts and offerings
  • Lead customer-facing engagements including RFP support, proof of concepts, trade shows, and executive presentations
  • Collaborate with technical experts and external partners to design and present tailored cybersecurity solutions
  • Drive accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting in Salesforce
  • Achieve sales and growth targets while maintaining strong client relationships
Must Haves
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, enterprise IT, or critical infrastructure markets
  • 5+ years experience engaging with and influencing C-level executives
  • Valid passport with ability to travel internationally on occasion
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, primarily within Canada with limited international travel as required
  • Valid G (in Ontario) or Class 5 driver’s license (in Quebec)

  • Certifications such as CISSP, ITIL, or Six Sigma
  • Experience with consultative and cross-selling in complex accounts

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Creative, high-energy, and collaborative mindset with a track record of driving results
