Aviva has an excellent opportunity for a Cybersecurity Access Governance Analyst within our Identity & Access Management department. The Access Governance Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring secure and compliant access to organizational systems and data. This position focuses on managing user entitlements, conducting access reviews, and supporting privileged access governance initiatives to reduce risk and maintain regulatory compliance.

What you’ll do
  • Execute periodic access certification campaigns for applications and infrastructure.
  • Analyze user entitlements to enforce least privilege and segregation of duties (SoD).
  • Support Privileged Access Management (PAM) processes, including onboarding and monitoring privileged accounts.
  • Collaborate with business units and IT teams to remediate access violations and implement governance standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance reporting.
  • Assist in identity lifecycle management (joiner/mover/leaver processes).
  • Develop and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) models.
  • Generate dashboards and metrics for governance activities and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Participate in IAM projects, including tool upgrades and process automation.
  • Stay current with regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR, PCI) and industry best practices.
What you’ll bring
