• 5+ years of hands-on experience in operational support of on-prem security solutions.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in operational support of cloud-based security solutions.
• Working knowledge of SIEM software.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of security systems.
• Address service queue across multiple ticketing systems.
• Contribute to security projects and programs.

Skills

Operational support of on-prem security solutions

Operational support of cloud-based security solutions

SIEM software at the Enterprise level

Security attack detection tools like CrowdStrike

Proven experience with WAF or WAAP solutions

Excellent XLSX/XLSM skills
