Help shape the future of the Western Australia Public Sector. The Office of Digital Government is looking to establish a pool of Cyber Security professionals (Level 4 to 5) that will help protect the Government’s information assets through the coordination and delivery of cyber programmes and controls. The pool will operate for a period of 24 months, and will be accessed by other Public Sector agencies, where fixed term and / or permanent appointments may be made. As Cyber Security experts, you will contribute to the implementation of whole of government cyber security strategies and activities. You will assist in cyber security initiatives developing technical projects that are strategic and complex in nature providing advice, support and effective consultation with key stakeholders.
These roles will identify, coordinate and advise on the implementation of cyber security controls and respond to cyber security incidents in accordance with the established guidelines and procedures.
These roles will contribute to the provision of cyber security strategies and activities within Government agencies and reviews and manages cyber security initiatives. It also develops technical projects that are strategic and complex in nature providing advice, support and effective consultation with key stakeholders.
