Job summary

Lancesoft in Calgary is seeking a cybersecurity professional to join our security operations team. The role focuses on incident management, threat hunting, malware analysis, and containment procedures to protect critical systems.

You will work across business, cybersecurity, and IT teams, perform risk analysis, vulnerability assessments, and maintain documentation. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, controls, frameworks, and operational practices.
• Knowledge of incident management, threat hunting, malware analysis, forensic investigation, and containment procedures.
• Experience conducting vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, remediation tracking, and reporting.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, MFA, SSO, PAM, and identity governance.
• Ability to act as a liaison between business, cybersecurity, operations, and technical teams.
• Experience analyzing business and technical requirements and translating them into actionable outcomes.
• Expertise in developing and maintaining technical and operational documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
