Role Overview

The Cyber Risk Associate will be responsible for undertaking cyber risk assessments (“Certification”) of IT service providers and cyber security vendors, managing client relationships, analyzing and processing cyber risk data and supporting the development of our internal systems.

Reporting to the Vice President of Cyber Risk, this role is ideal for an early-career cyber risk professional eager to learn, grow, and directly impact company goals.

You’ll work closely with our cyber risk leadership team and our CEO to support the development and growth of our client’s core products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Certification: Undertaking security reviews of IT service providers in order to ensure they meet the standards set by client across both their internal security and service delivery to end clients.
  • Data analysis: Manage the intake of cyber risk data from clients and ensure its accurate and timely flow through to insurers and other stakeholders.
  • Product development: Undertake user testing and support management of the backlog and roadmap for Spectra’s proprietary certification platform (Prism).
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on products, industry trends, and the MSP landscape to speak confidently with prospects.
Travel Requirements

This role may require occasional travel (less than 25%) for industry events, conferences, or company meetings.
