Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on IT infrastructure and incident response specialist to support a wide range of high-impact initiatives. The role spans digital forensics, cloud provisioning, hardware builds, and AI enablement across multi-cloud environments, with travel 25–50% as needed.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in IT infrastructure and 2+ years in incident response, plus a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux/Unix, and macOS is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT infrastructure experience across servers, storage, and networking.
• 2+ years of incident response experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 5 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform forensic imaging and acquisition of drives, SSDs, and mobile devices with chain-of-custody procedures.
• Build, configure, troubleshoot, and repair workstations, servers, and lab equipment.
• Provision, configure, and secure resources across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform for hybrid and multi-cloud deployments.
• Assist in proof-of-concept builds, model evaluation, and integration of AI capabilities into internal workflows.
• Document network infrastructure (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, DNS) and support secure remote access.
• Translate complex technical work into updates for stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.
