Position Details
  • Shift: Weekend Night Shift
  • Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
  • Hours: 4:45 PM – 5:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
  • Breaks: 45-minute paid break + 15-minute unpaid break per shift
  • Pay: $32 - $40 per hour
  • Incentive: Work 36 hours and receive an additional 4 incentive hours
  • Shift Differential: $3 per hour worked
Key Responsibilities
  • Set up components for welding according to specifications.
  • Select welding equipment and methods based on project requirements.

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in a steel manufacturing environment.
  • Welding proficiency in all positions; TIG is an asset.
  • Experience with aluminum, stainless, is an asset.
  • Clear communication skills in English.
  • Must be available to work the specified weekend night shift.
