What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relationship-based role, such as customer or account management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with customers
- Demonstrated understanding of technology and some experience with digital products
- Ability to build and maintain strong and trusting customer relationships
- Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects and work efficiently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Some direct sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, including experience in a higher education environment
- Experience working with faculty on training and implementation of digital solutions
