Responsibilities
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize the value of the employer's platform for customers
  • Create value-based presentations that address customer challenges and promote platform adoption
  • Deliver product updates and insights to enhance client engagement with the employer's technology
  • Act as a technical account manager, ensuring high levels of responsiveness and customer service
  • Mentor peers and collaborate with various teams to establish best practices across the organization
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in the construction industry
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or Technical Pre-Sales
  • Strong technical aptitude for mastering the employer's product offerings and services

  • Previous experience as a construction Project Manager, Site Supervisor, Project Finance Manager, Estimator, or Project Engineer
