Responsibilities
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize the value of the employer's platform for customers
- Create value-based presentations that address customer challenges and promote platform adoption
- Deliver product updates and insights to enhance client engagement with the employer's technology
- Act as a technical account manager, ensuring high levels of responsiveness and customer service
- Mentor peers and collaborate with various teams to establish best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the construction industry
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or Technical Pre-Sales
- Strong technical aptitude for mastering the employer's product offerings and services
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in-person and virtually
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret and leverage data
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a construction Project Manager, Site Supervisor, Project Finance Manager, Estimator, or Project Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science
