In this opportunity, you will ensure extraordinary customer service by promptly and accurately responding to inbound servicing inquiries from existing small business owners, making it easy for them to do business with us, recognizing their value and solving their inquiries.
We are open from 9am to 9pm Monday to Sunday EST. Shifts are expected to range between these hours (Monday to Sunday).
