Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a supply chain or related field.
  • At least 5 years in customer supply chain, logistics, or account management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel, Power BI, and reporting tool proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and improve key supply chain metrics (availability, service levels, inventory health, forecast accuracy, delivery).
  • Build partnerships with replenishment, logistics, inventory, warehouse and merchandising teams.

About The Job

Reporting to the Customer Solutions Senior Manager, we're looking for a Customer Solutions Analyst to strengthen customer supply chain performance, enhance service levels, and support business growth across key retail customers. In this role, you will act as a trusted operational partner, using data, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive continuous improvement.

More specifically, you will be responsible for:
Customer Performance Management
  • Monitor and improve key supply chain performance indicators such as product availability, service levels, inventory health, forecast accuracy, and delivery performance through actionable improvement plans.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build strong working relationships with customer replenishment, logistics, inventory, warehouse, and merchandising teams to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Data Analysis & Business Insights
  • Leverage data, reporting tools, and dashboards to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and provide recommendations that support business decisions.
Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement
  • Lead the investigation and resolution of service challenges, inventory issues, forecast variances, and supply chain constraints while implementing corrective actions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Sales, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain teams to support promotions, product launches, operational efficiencies, and customer growth initiatives.

The annual base salary range for this position is $72,000.00 to $110,000.00 CAD. The final salary offered will be determined by factors such as relevant experience and qualifications, internal equity and external market conditions.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer supply chain, logistics, operations, customer service, or account management.
  • Experience working with SAP in an Order-to-Cash environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across functions and with external customers.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and supply chain reporting tools.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.
About Us

Relevant du ou de la gestionnaire principale, Solutions Clients, nous recherchons un(e) analyste, Solutions Clients pour améliorer la performance de la chaîne d’approvisionnement de nos clients, optimiser les niveaux de service et soutenir la croissance des affaires auprès de détaillants stratégiques. Dans ce rôle, vous agirez comme partenaire opérationnel de confiance en utilisant les données, la collaboration et votre capacité d’analyse afin d’offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle et de favoriser l’amélioration continue.

Plus précisément, vous serez responsable de :
  • Gestion de la performance client : Suivre et améliorer les principaux indicateurs de performance de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, notamment la disponibilité des produits, les niveaux de service, la santé des inventaires, la précision des prévisions et la performance des livraisons grâce à des plans d’action ciblés.
  • Gestion des relations clients : Développer de solides partenariats avec les équipes de réapprovisionnement, de logistique, d’inventaire, d’entreposage et de marchandisage afin de soutenir l’excellence opérationnelle et la satisfaction client.
  • Analyse de données et recommandations d’affaires : Utiliser les données, les rapports et les tableaux de bord pour identifier les tendances, repérer les opportunités et formuler des recommandations favorisant la prise de décision.
  • Résolution de problèmes et amélioration continue : Mener les enquêtes sur les enjeux de service, les écarts d’inventaire, les variations de prévisions et les contraintes logistiques, puis mettre en œuvre des actions correctives durables.
  • Collaboration interfonctionnelle : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes des ventes, de la planification de la demande, du service à la clientèle et de la chaîne d’approvisionnement afin de soutenir les promotions, les lancements de produits et les initiatives d’efficacité opérationnelle.
