Job summary

Ewing Outdoor Supply in Springdale, AR is seeking a dependable team member for an operations role that blends customer service, warehouse tasks, and local deliveries. No prior industry experience required; we provide world-class training to set you up for success from day one.

You will greet customers, help select landscape materials, stock and deliver orders, and support inventory. This full-time position involves indoor/outdoor work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with opportunities

• Build and manage customer relationships and offer sales support to customer accounts.
• Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and yard while following safety standards.
• Receive and stock deliveries; assist with inventory checks.
• Load and unload materials using delivery vehicles; ensure safety on trips.

This role provides a variety of activities—including customer service, warehouse operations, inventory support, local deliveries, and sales assistance—making it ideal for someone who enjoys being active, working both indoors and outdoors, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Though preferred, this hands-on, foundational role doesn’t require prior industry experience; we provide world-class training to set you up for success from day one!

Daily Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

• Greet customers, answer calls, and field customer questions.
• Support customers in selecting landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation product recommendations.
• Build and manage customer relationships and offer sales support to customer accounts.

Warehouse & Yard Operations

• Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and welcoming warehouse and yard, while following all equipment and material-handling safety standards.

Inventory Management

• Receive and stock deliveries and transfers.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.

Delivery and Transportation

• Load and unload materials using company delivery vehicles while following all safety protocols.
• Safely deliver customer materials in company delivery vehicles to local job sites, while providing world-class customer service upon arrival.

What we are looking for...

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Basic math and communication skills
• An eagerness to work as a team and deliver world-class customer service

Preferred, but not required...

• Warehouse associate experience
• Delivery driver experience
• Forklift certification
• Knowledge of irrigation, plumbing, or landscape materials (remember, our training rocks)
• Spanish Bi-Lingual is always a plus
