Customer Service & Warehouse Associate (Forklift Required)

We are seeking a motivated and confident Customer Service & Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is a key part of our warehouse operations, requiring strong customer service skills as well as hands‑on material handling experience. Candidates must be comfortable working in cold storage at times and operating warehouse equipment such as Raymond Reach forklifts, dock stocker, and walkie.

Location: Mississauga, Ontario
Employment Type: Full Time 2:30pm to 11:00pm

Role Breakdown:

70% Customer Service: Liaising with customers, drivers, and carriers; handling orders and inquiries.
30% Material Handling: Operating forklifts, managing inventory, and performing warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with customers via email and phone, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Interact with drivers/carriers for pick‑up and delivery scheduling.
  • Compile and maintain records in the warehouse management system, including type and quantity of products, materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Operate the Raymond Reach, Dock Stocker, and Walkie forklifts.
  • Process receipts and QA documentation in the warehouse management system.
  • Generate inventory reports and perform cycle counts, investigating and reporting discrepancies.
  • Generate order paperwork, bills of lading, and process returns/damages.
  • Maintain hard copy records of receipts, shipments, and product paperwork.
  • Complete weekly and monthly system invoicing reports.
Qualifications:
  • Forklift experience (Raymond Reach), dock stocker, and walkie required.
  • Prior experience in customer service and/or warehouse/logistics environment.
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident, detail‑oriented, and able to problem‑solve in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse/data entry software.
  • Comfortable working in cold storage environments as needed.
