Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore, part of Loblaw Companies, is hiring Store Team Members in Canada. You will help provide a positive in-store shopping experience by stocking shelves, assisting customers, and keeping displays up to date.

Training is provided and there is ample opportunity to learn and grow within the role. The position is unionized with pay ranges starting at $17.95 to $18.45 per hour, with shifts that may include days, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong verbal communication and courteous service.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and assist with inventory needs and ordering.
