At PheedLoop, events don’t just run on software- they run on exceptional operational execution and customer support. As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping customers successfully execute their events using PheedLoop’s technology and event hardware solutions. You’ll work closely with customers throughout their event journey, ensuring everything from hardware preparation to operational coordination and live support runs smoothly.
This role blends customer communication, technical troubleshooting, logistics coordination, and real-world event execution. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, solving problems in real time, and working directly with people while still being involved in operational execution behind the scenes. This is not a traditional customer support or call-center role. It’s a highly collaborative operational position inside a growing SaaS company where your work directly contributes to the success of live events globally!
