Job summary

Noble Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator at our Belfield (Rexdale) Profit Centre to support the Profit Centre Manager and oversee daily warehouse operations. You will handle order prep, stock put away, delivery coordination, and equipment maintenance in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

We value hands-on mechanics, reliability, and a commitment to customer service as part of a close-knit team.

Qualifications

HVAC distribution experience required.
Forklift/reach-truck experience or certification required.
Experience with warehouse/inventory management systems.
Mechanically inclined with equipment assembly experience.
Interest in learning HVAC/R products and growing within the organization.
Ability to lift upwards of fifty pounds.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and delegate warehouse tasks for order preparation and stock put away.
Organize delivery runs and address customer delivery issues.
Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment and provide recommendations for equipment requirements.
Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse, adhering to Health and Safety regulations and company policy.
Review and resolve errors in picking/loading processes.
Engage in self-development practices for product knowledge and warehouse procedures.
Perform same-day deliveries using the company-provided vehicle (G-class license required).
Perform other assigned duties.
