This position is centered on communication and connection. You’ll engage with members who’ve asked to learn more about their available programs — no cold calling involved. Through friendly phone or Zoom conversations, you’ll help them understand their options, answer questions, and connect them with the right resources for their family’s needs.

Reach out to members who have requested program information and schedule or conduct virtual consultations.
Listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and provideclear explanationsto help members make informed decisions.
Maintainaccurate records and notesin the digital system to ensure seamless follow-up.
Work closely with teammates, sharing insights and supporting one another toward collective goals.
Participate inongoing training and coaching sessionsto strengthen communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Offer ideas and feedback that contribute to team efficiency and client satisfaction.
Legal eligibility to workin the U.S. or Canada.
Ahigh school diploma or equivalent(post-secondary education is an asset).
Comfortable usingZoom, Google Suite, and other digital tools.
Excellentcommunication and listening skills.
Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely.
Prior experience in customer service, coordination, or people-focused environments is a plus — but not required.
