What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or online
  • Book, change, and cancel ticket reservations
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions
  • Support customers with our online booking system
  • Help with check-in, luggage storage, and boarding
  • Answer inquiries with kindness and accuracy
  • Keep the ticket office organized and stocked
  • Perform light cleaning and basic administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Willingness to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays and split shifts
  • Must be able to work from either of our Edmonton office locations
  • A friendly, service-first attitude
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Quick learner with great attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using a computer
  • Ability to meet all pre-employment background screening requirement
