In this hybrid role, you'll manage customer inquiries and analyze data to support business decisions. As a Customer Service Representative / Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer inquiries while also collecting, analyzing, and reporting on key data metrics. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is both people-focused and data-driven—comfortable solving customer issues while uncovering insights to support business decisions.
Customer Service (50%)
2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role.
1+ years of experience with data analysis or reporting responsibilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, charts).
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom).
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with SQL or basic database querying.
Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Post-secondary education in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
