Career Opportunity Role Title Customer Service Representative, Administrative Support (12-months contract)

Purpose of role The Customer Service Representative, Administrative Support, is accountable for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our Client Support agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Send emails and mail Lapse Notices as part of the Lapse Automation Process
  • Send email confirmations to Brokers and/or MGA’s
  • Assist with filing duties and indexing documents
  • Mail letters and cheques
  • Update system and notes
  • Assist with some transactions in CRM
  • Other duties as required
Key Qualifications
  • Education (minimum required): Post-secondary education
  • Experience (minimum required): 3-5 years of customer service experience with a passion for service excellence is an asset
  • Administrative experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet tight timelines under pressure while delivering quality service
