A leading automotive financing firm is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Account Maintenance in Edmonton. This role involves providing personalized service while collaborating with a large team and broad network of dealers. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, robust customer service experience, and proficiency in MS Office. Flexibility in working hours is essential, and communication in French is preferred. Opportunities for growth within the organization are available.
Working with a large team, as well as a broad network for Ford/Lincoln dealers across the country, the Customer Service Representative - Account Maintenance will have the opportunity to advance Ford Credit Canada’s reputation as a customer-focused lender, providing personalized service and professional expertise.
