About the Role

Our Fixed Base Operation (FBO) in Kitchener/Waterloo is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative for a temporary one‑year position. This is a unique opportunity to work in private aviation, where you’ll interact with elite clientele and ensure their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and care.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver a range of customer service activities, including greeting guests, arranging travel‑related services, and assisting customers with accessing and de‑boarding aircraft.
  • Support communications related to aircraft arrival and departure times, corresponding with team members and flight crew to ensure FBO awareness of flight status and any challenges.
  • Conduct core administrative activities, including customer folio preparation, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and professional FBO operation.
  • Collaborate with internal team members on projects or tasks as needed to contribute to an overall smooth‑running operation.
What You Bring
  • Post‑secondary education (ideally a diploma/degree in business) and a minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience in a busy, customer‑focused environment; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  • Experience performing core administrative tasks and data entry with solid administration skills, high accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
  • A customer‑focused approach that demonstrates a solid understanding of effective customer service and how to deliver it.
  • Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong judgment combined with effective problem‑solving skills.
  • Collaboration skills enabling effective teamwork across functions.
  • A proactive, unlimited positive approach combined with strong results‑orientation.
  • Ability to remain balanced, focused, and customer‑centric in a busy, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to quickly leverage internal systems and processes.
Hours of Work

Available and flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends, statutory holidays, evenings, and overtime when needed.
