U-Haul is seeking a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role involves providing exceptional service to customers, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and using technology to dispatch and return equipment. On-the-job training is provided.
The work involves moderate risks or discomforts requiring special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts or machines, fumes, or irritant chemicals. Protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields may be required.
The job requires some physical exertion, including long periods of remaining stationary, moving around indoors and outdoors, reaching objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. (assisted or unassisted).
