• Clean Criminal Record is necessary.
• Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships while providing exceptional customer service.
• Identify and meet the customer’s financial needs to process loan applications.
• Collect on delinquent accounts to minimize bad debt.
• Convey information through in-person, telephone, and email communications.
• Aid in loan sales, cheque cashing and promotions.
• Handle and balance daily cash and debit transactions.
• Perform all daily operations of the store.

• Collecting on delinquent accounts in the interest of minimizing bad debt
• Conveying information through in person, telephone, and email communications
• Aiding in loan sales, cheque cashing and in store promotions
• Handling and balancing daily cash and debit transactions
• Performing all daily operations of the store
