Schedule Requirements

  • The ability to think outside of the box and go above and beyond to provide customer satisfaction.
  • Strong internet skills - Proficiency in navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a fast paced, structured call center environment servicing customers through inbound and outbound virtual channels (phone and email).
Work-from-Home Requirements
  • Private, distraction-free home office with a lockable door.
  • MUST have a Smart Phone that can operate the most up‑to‑date operating system.
  • High‑speed hard wired ethernet internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload). Please note that you cannot use Wi‑Fi or Wi‑Fi Pods / extenders.
  • No satellite internet connections.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2 years of customer service experience required.
  • 1 year of Call Center experience required.
  • Prior experience in the Hospitality or Travel industries preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a pre‑employment background screening.
