Work Type
This position is remote and open to candidates located within Canada.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding stock availability, pricing, lead times, delivery, and technical product details via phone and email.
- Process orders, quotes, return merchandise authorizations (RMAs), and warranty claims using SAP and CRM systems.
- Support customers with initial technical inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution or escalation to technical experts.
- Maintain accurate documentation for orders, invoices, warranties, and credits.
- Track and communicate updates on shipments, back orders, and product availability.
- Promote Epiroc products and services by keeping customers informed of new offerings, special programs, and promotions.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and sales performance metrics.
- Participate in training programs, seminars, and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement skills.
Knowledge / Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum three years of customer service related to parts and service operations, preferably in the mining or construction industries.
Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with SAP or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to visualize mechanical and hydraulic equipment scenarios and explain product features and benefits effectively.
- Self‑motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Bilingual (English/French) preferred.
