What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing top-notch customer service, in person and on the phone.
• Handling orders, billing, payments, and keeping accounts updated.
• Handling lubricants, fuel movements, and daily reports like a pro.
• Keeping inventory and supplier invoices in check.
• Teaming up with the crew to coordinate equipment installations and repairs for service.

• 2+ years in admin, clerical, or accounting – you’ve got experience.
• Strong communication and technology skills.
