What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a knowledge base for customer inquiries regarding products and bone health
- Actively listen to customers and provide comprehensive information to assist in decision-making
- Process customer orders and returns while maintaining accurate records of interactions
- Help customers interpret the results of their DEXA bone scans
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer success and satisfaction
